Bloom Chiangmai is not just a place your child attends. It is a community your family joins. We do not ask you to become educators. We ask you to stay curious, stay connected, and show up.
Why families choose Bloom Chiangmai
Many families are searching for an environment where children can feel emotionally safe without losing challenge, stay curious without constant pressure, and receive both academic structure and human support. Bloom Chiangmai was designed for families seeking both.
The parent programme
Most schools educate children in isolation from their home environment. Bloom Chiangmai works differently. We invest in parents because we know that what happens at home shapes what is possible at the Hub.
The parent programme at Bloom Chiangmai is built around three things, understanding your child's development, practical tools for home, and staying connected to the community.
Development workshops
Regular sessions helping parents understand the developmental stage their child is in and how to support it at home.
One-to-one check-ins
Termly meetings with your child's learning guide to discuss progress, wellbeing, and how home and Hub can stay aligned.
Resource library
Curated reading, tools, and guides available to all Bloom Chiangmai families, practical and grounded, not overwhelming.
How we communicate
Bloom Chiangmai keeps families informed through a consistent rhythm of updates, not just at report time, but throughout the year.
Weekly updates
A short weekly summary from your child's learning guide, what they worked on, how they engaged, anything worth noting.
Termly reports
A detailed progress report at the end of each term covering academic development, personal growth, and goals for the term ahead.
Open door policy
Coaches are available for informal check-ins by WhatsApp or Line. No waiting for a scheduled appointment to ask a question.
Family events
Bloom Chiangmai runs regular events throughout the year, for families to connect, for children to share their work, and for the community to grow together.
Open Morning
A relaxed morning for prospective and current families to visit the Hub, meet the coaches, and see learning in action.
Parent Workshop
Practical sessions on child development, learning approaches, and how to support your child's growth at home.
Community Day
Learners share projects, families connect, and the Hub celebrates what has been built together over the term.
The community
Bloom Chiangmai is intentionally small. A maximum of 50 learners means every family knows every other family. That is not a side effect. It is a design decision.
The families who join Bloom Chiangmai share a belief that education can be done differently. That rigour and joy are not opposites. That children deserve to be known, not just taught.
We bring families together through events, workshops, and a private community channel, because the relationships between families are as important as the relationships between coaches and children.

Frequently asked questions
If your question is not here, send us a message on WhatsApp or Line and we will get back to you the same day.
Will my child's qualifications be recognised if we leave Thailand?
Yes. Bloom Chiangmai offers UK (IGCSE and A-Levels) and US curriculum pathways that are recognised by universities globally. Your child's credentials travel with your family wherever you go.
What if my child has never been in a progressive school before?
Most children transition well. The onboarding process at Bloom Chiangmai is designed to meet each child where they are, there is no assumption that they arrive already knowing how to self-direct. Coaches guide that transition carefully, especially in the first term.
How much time commitment is expected from parents?
We ask for genuine engagement, not hours. That means attending termly check-ins, reading weekly updates, and participating in at least two or three community events per year. Beyond that, involvement is voluntary and welcome.
What language is teaching delivered in?
English is the primary language of instruction at Bloom Chiangmai. Thai language learning is integrated into the programme. We welcome children whose first language is not English and our coaches are experienced in supporting multilingual learners.
Can siblings in different zones attend Bloom Chiangmai together?
Yes, and this is one of the things families tell us they value most. Siblings attend the same Hub, share the same community, and benefit from the same approach regardless of age or zone.
